Igor Tudor\u2019s handling of Guglielmo Vicario during Tottenham\u2019s 5-2 defeat to Atletico Madrid has given Inter a significant boost, with the Nerazzurri keen on signing the Italian goalkeeper next summer.<\/p>

Tudor dropped Vicario for Anton\u00edn Kinsk\u00fd in a Champions League match against Atletico Madrid on Tuesday, but the 22-year-old\u2019s early mistakes led to Vicario\u2019s introduction after just 17 minutes.\u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>

Inter already opened Vicario talks<\/h2>

According to various sources, Inter have already opened talks with Vicario\u2019s entourage, having identified the ex-Empoli and Cagliari goalkeeper as their main target in goal for 2026-27.<\/p>

Previous reports claimed that Inter directors would hold further talks with the goalkeeper\u2019s representatives this month.<\/a><\/p>

Vicario is eager to return to Italy in the summer, and Tudor\u2019s management against Atletico Madrid seems to have only reinforced his desire.<\/p>

According to Gazzetta,<\/a> in fact, Vicario expected to start the match at the Wanda Metropolitano, believing his status within the team would be respected.<\/p>

The Pink Paper adds that Juventus and Monaco are also closely following Vicario, and that Inter\u2019s second option to replace Yann Sommer is Real Madrid\u2019s\u00a0Andriy Lunin.<\/span><\/p>

Tottenham\u2019s asking price for Vicario is reportedly around \u20ac20m, but if Spurs are relegated from the Premier League, then the goalkeeper\u2019s price would be further reduced.<\/p>

Tottenham are just one point above the relegation zone in the Premier League, and their new coach,\u00a0Igor Tudor, has lost all his first four games in charge.<\/a><\/span><\/p>
