It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 19.45 GMT (20.45 CET).
This is the final match in the Week 28 fixtures and a victory would see Sassuolo leapfrog Bologna into eighth place, while a win can push Lazio up to 10th, albeit still behind the Neroverdi.

Fabio Grosso admits Sassuolo are ‘ahead of schedule’ this season, but a lack of maturity was evident in the ‘naïve errors’ for their 2-1 defeat to Lazio.
Maurizio Sarri confirms two new injuries for Lazio in their last-gasp victory over Sassuolo, but warns ‘the club has to take some initiative’ to end the fan boycott and reinforce the squad.
90+2' – Before today’s match (goal at 91'47''), the last defender to score a decisive goal for a #Lazio victory in stoppage time in a #SerieA match was also Adam #Marusic, on 30/03/2024 against Juventus (at 92'49'' in that case). Déjà-vu.

Muric made a total mess of that!
Cancellieri floats in a cross and Muric comes flapping out like he’s trying to catch butterflies without a net, nowhere near it by the time Marusic flicks the header into an empty net from 10 yards!
Moro has been dreadful since coming on and completely ruins a Sassuolo counter with the wrong pass…
Into 4 minutes of added time.
Walukiewicz booked for bringing down Nuno Tavares practically at the by-line as he was bursting into the box.
Free kick floated to the back post and Provstgaard nods over from six yards!
Cancellieri has been excellent since coming on, sprints forward down the right and is barged over from behind by Lauriente for a yellow card.
Moro gives it away, Cancellieri cross-shot from the right palmed away by Muric!
Bakola on for his Serie A debut, replacing Ismael Kone for Sassuolo.
It’s end to end now! Cancellieri snapshot for Lazio from outside the area, it had a wicked bend on it and Muric at full stretch gets one hand on it!
This game has opened up alright, double save for the Serie A debutant in goal for Lazio!
First gets down to parry on a Lauriente shot from the edge of the area, does significantly better on the Doig follow-up!
Pedro and Cancellieri on, Zaccagni and Isaksen off for Lazio.
Oh what a goal that should’ve been! Isaksen times the run perfectly to get onto the Patric through ball and spring the offside trap, dinks it over the on-rushing goalkeeper and it lands on the roof of the empty net!
It really is like the Covid days, you can hear what the players, coaches and even referee are saying…
On the second Sassuolo corner, Lauriente’ hits it straight out of play.
Doing sprints down the left for Sassuolo, but Gila runs with him and makes a decisive sliding tackle for the corner.
Nuno Tavares tries to batter his way into the box, is closed off, then Zaccagni curler is too close to the goalkeeper.
Sassuolo introduce Doig, Moro and Walukiewicz, replacing Nzola, Coulibaly and Garcia.
Zaccagni half-volley charged down, but he was just offside on the Patric ball over the top.
That was unexpected, Mario Gila started the run from his own half and kept going, in the end a Dia cross is charged down.
Dia on for Lazio, Maldini off
